It is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, support system and motor. Two unconnected vibrators are respectively driven by the belt coupling shaft for synchronous reverse operation. The centrifugal force generated by the two groups of eccentric mass is superimposed along the vibration direction and counteracted by the reverse centrifugal force, so as to form a single exciting vibration along the vibration direction and make the screen box move in a reciprocating straight line.

The vibrating screen works by using the reciprocating rotary vibration produced by the vibrator excitation. The upper rotary heavy block of the vibrator makes the screen surface produce plane rotary vibration, while the lower rotary heavy block makes the screen surface produce cone rotary vibration. The combined effect makes the screen surface produce double rotary vibration.

The dewatering screen is to dry discharge the materials such as quartz sand, coal and tailings slurry to realize solid-liquid separation, so as to reduce the moisture content of materials so as to facilitate stacking and transportation. The proportion of materials above and below the screen depends on the material itself.The application scope of vibrating screen is very wide. Vibrating screen is generally used in combination with vibrating feeder and crusher, which is often used for material classification in crushing production line. Vibrating screen is generally used to deal with dry materials, but it is not good for screening materials with high moisture and high viscosity. If the moisture content of the material is high, the vibrating screen will make the material adhere to the screen surface more tightly due to the vibration, resulting in material congestion and forced shutdown.
