Wheel sand washing machine
The sand washing machine involved in this article is a wheel sand washing machine. The structure of the wheel sand washing machine is shown in the figure below.
The
wheel sand washing machine is mainly composed of water tank 1, transmission device system 2, wheel 3 and drain port 4. The basic principle is that the screened sand flows into the front part of the water tank 1 of the sand washing machine with a large amount of water, and the rear part of the water tank 1 is provided with a drain port 4. The sand moves from the front part to the back part in the water tank 1 driven by the water flow. In this process, the sand sinks into the bottom of the water tank 1 under the action of gravity, and the small mud powder contained in the sand is rinsed out from the drain port 4 under the drive of the water flow, which is dynamic. The system 2 drives the wheel 3 to rotate slowly in the direction shown in the figure, and scoops up the sand sunk in the bottom of the water tank 1. The bottom of the wheel 3 is a screen with holes, which can effectively filter out the water in the sand. The wheel 3 unloads the finished sand after desliming and filtering out the water outside the end of water tank 1 (generally transported by the
belt conveyor).
Due to the difficulty of non-uniformity of sand content and accurate follow-up control of water consumption in sand washing production, a part of fine sand will be discharged from the drain 4 while washing out the mud powder less than 75 microns. The flow of water tank 1 is short and the water flow is large, so the amount of fine sand discharged will be more. The loss of fine sand will make the fineness modulus of the finished sand coarser and the grading worse, and at the same time make the content of particles in the discharged water increase to form deposition and pollution.
Fine sand recovery device
According to the above problems, Sinonine has developed a sand washing and fine sand recovery device which is suitable for this equipment. The water outlet of the sand washing machine is connected with a water collecting tank, the upper part of the water collecting tank is provided with a water dividing tank separated from it, the bottom of the water dividing tank is provided with a connecting port of the water collecting tank, the connecting port is provided with a diverter valve, the upper side wall of the water dividing tank is provided with a clear water drainage port, the outer side wall of the water dividing tank is provided with a hydrocyclone near the upper part, and the bottom of the water collecting tank is provided with a hydrocyclone. A sewage pump is connected with the water inlet of the hydrocyclone through a conduit, the clean water outlet of the hydrocyclone is led into the top of the water distribution tank through the conduit, and the concentrated liquid outlet of the hydrocyclone is led into the feed inlet of the sand washing machine through the conduit. Hydrocyclone in sand washing plant
The
hydrocyclone includes a hydrocyclone shell. The hydrocyclone shell is provided with a separation cavity composed of a cylindrical section inner cavity and a conical section inner cavity. The water inlet of the hydrocyclone is arranged on the side of the cylindrical section inner cavity and is tangent to the side wall. The clean water outlet of the hydrocyclone is arranged on the top of the cylindrical section inner cavity, and the concentrated liquid outlet of the hydrocyclone is arranged in the conical section inner cavity. The core component of hydrocyclone is the inner cavity of cone section. The whole hydrocyclone is made of steel plate or other wear-resistant materials. Under the action of water pump pressure, the sewage to be treated is sent into hydrocyclone at high speed (5-12m / s recommended) from tangent direction, and the sewage entering into hydrocyclone rotates along the wall at high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid particles are thrown to the wall of hydrocyclone. Under the action of friction force, gravity and water flow of the wall, the solid particles drop to the dense liquid slag discharge port at the cone bottom along with the hydrocyclone and then discharge. Due to the high-speed rotation of sewage along the wall of hydrocyclone, low pressure is formed in the center of water flow hydrocyclone, and the treated clear liquid forms a spiral upward secondary spiral flow in the center of hydrocyclone, and is discharged from the clear liquid outlet in the upper center of hydrocyclone. The clear liquid outlet shall be connected with the atmosphere to prevent siphonage.
